During a recent visit to an optician, a friend was told of an

exercise for the eyes by a specialist doctor.
It is simply termed as '20-20-20'.

It is apt for all of us, who spend long hours at our desks,
looking at the computer screen.

Practice and Share it with people whom you care for.
Here it goes... 20-20-20

Step I

After every 20 minutes of looking into the computer screen, turn your
head and try to look at any object placed at least 20 feet away. This
changes the focal length of your eyes, a must-do for the tired eyes.

Step II

Try and blink your eyes for 20 times in succession, to moisten them.

Step III

Time permitting of course, one should walk 20 paces after every 20 minutes
of sitting in one particular posture. Helps blood circulation for the entire body.

They say that your eyes are mirror to your soul.
So do take care of them... they are simply priceless!

An ace tech-savvy India!

Yeah! Imagine our country powered by a super-duper fast country-wide wide area network (C-WAN) in every nook and corner of her territory enabling her citizens and visitors to access all the information just at a click!

  • The farmers can visit the climatology websites and get updated as when a rain is expected in their respective regions.
  • The students can make their projects online besides submitting their assignments and homeworks in the e-classrooms.
  • The grandparents can see their post-office account balance at an instance in addition to send an online gift to their children living far far away.
  • The vendors and suppliers take order over the C-WAN and deliver with up-to-date inventory system which is linked to the national commodity servers (may be something like the national power grid)
  • The day-to-day works getting done with a combination of clicks.
Wow! Simply amazing thought. But a thought possible and worth a plan.........
